In compliance with part two of Clause 83 of the Constitution of Ukraine, part two of Clause 11 of the Standing Orders of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the initiative of 174 People´s Deputies on holding of an extraordinary session of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the Sixth Convocation was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Therefore, the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine announces that an extraordinary session of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the Sixth Convocation shall be held at 10.00 on Monday, 30 August 2010.

According to the Decree of the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the holding of an extraordinary session of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on 30 August 2010, the following issues were put on the agenda on the initiative of 174 People´s Deputies:
1) on the bill on amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Elections of Deputies of The Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Local Councils, and Village, Township and City Mayors";
2) on the bill on amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the State Guarantees of the Ukrainian Citizens´ Savings Recovery" (re savings recovery procedure);
3) on realization of the social security action plan due to fixation of tariffs for public utility services.
